Project Onboarding

The Onboarding tab turns your project context into a guided catalog-building workflow. It is especially useful when you want the project to have a clearer business interpretation before users start asking complex questions.

  • Inputs: review and save the business context used by the run
  • Overview: inspect the first high-level understanding
  • Modules: review proposed modules and tables
  • Synthesis: review the final conclusions
  • Published: confirm the saved catalog snapshot
  1. Open a project from Projects.
  2. Go to the Onboarding tab.
  3. Review the input fields and save them if needed.
  4. Click Start run.
  5. Follow the highlighted stages as the workflow progresses.

After the run finishes and the review looks correct:

  1. Open the Synthesis stage.
  2. Review the final markdown and structured outputs.
  3. Click Publish catalog.

Publishing saves the latest onboarding output into the project’s canonical catalog data.

Create a fresh onboarding when the business context changed significantly or when you want a clean review cycle without relying on the current draft.
