Project Onboarding
The Onboarding tab turns your project context into a guided catalog-building workflow. It is especially useful when you want the project to have a clearer business interpretation before users start asking complex questions.
The onboarding stages
Section titled “The onboarding stages”- Inputs: review and save the business context used by the run
- Overview: inspect the first high-level understanding
- Modules: review proposed modules and tables
- Synthesis: review the final conclusions
- Published: confirm the saved catalog snapshot
Start an onboarding run
Section titled “Start an onboarding run”- Open a project from Projects.
- Go to the Onboarding tab.
- Review the input fields and save them if needed.
- Click Start run.
- Follow the highlighted stages as the workflow progresses.
Publish the catalog
Section titled “Publish the catalog”After the run finishes and the review looks correct:
- Open the Synthesis stage.
- Review the final markdown and structured outputs.
- Click Publish catalog.
Publishing saves the latest onboarding output into the project’s canonical catalog data.
When to create a fresh onboarding
Section titled “When to create a fresh onboarding”Create a fresh onboarding when the business context changed significantly or when you want a clean review cycle without relying on the current draft.
