Invitations and Joining a Team

AnalytAI separates inviting members from accepting invitations. Organization owners manage invitations from Organization, while each user reviews incoming invites from My Invitations.

Invite someone to a team organization

Section titled “Invite someone to a team organization”
  1. Open Organization.
  2. Switch to the team organization you want to manage.
  3. Open the Users tab.
  4. Enter the person’s email address.
  5. Choose a role.
  6. Click Add User.

Personal organizations do not support member invitations.

Accept or decline an invitation

Section titled “Accept or decline an invitation”
  1. Open My Invitations from the Organization page.
  2. Review the organization name, role, and inviter.
  3. Click Accept to join, or Decline to dismiss the invitation.

If you accept, AnalytAI adds you to that organization and redirects you back to the Users tab of the joined workspace.

Roles to choose from when inviting

  • Admin: elevated organization access in the current invite form
  • Member: standard workspace access in the current invite form

The current invite form does not expose Owner as a selectable role. If role behavior changes, update this page and the organization pages together.
