Create and Organize Dashboards

Create a dashboard when you want to keep high-value charts and tables in a reusable layout instead of rebuilding them from chat every time.

  • make sure the correct organization is selected
  • use a desktop or laptop for dashboard management
  • create the chart or table in Chat first if you want to pin a live result
  1. Open Dashboards from the main sidebar.
  2. Click Create Dashboard.
  3. Enter Dashboard Name.
  4. Optionally add Description (Optional).
  5. Click Create Dashboard.

The new dashboard appears in the organization dashboard list.

  1. Open Chat and run a question that returns a chart or table.
  2. On the result, click Add to Dashboard.
  3. Review the Component Title.
  4. Under Select Dashboards (Optional), pick one or more dashboards if you want to place the component immediately.
  5. Click Add to Dashboard.

If you do not select a dashboard, AnalytAI saves the component so you can organize it later.

  1. Open a dashboard from Dashboards.
  2. Click the edit icon in the dashboard header.
  3. Drag components into the order you want.
  4. Resize components to give larger charts or tables more space.
  5. Click Save Layout.

Use Cancel if you want to discard the layout changes from the current edit session.

  1. Return to the Dashboards list.
  2. Open the menu on the dashboard card.
  3. Click Rename or Delete.

Deleting a dashboard cannot be undone.
