Create and Switch Organizations
Use the Organization page when you need a new team workspace or want to move between existing organizations.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- you need to be signed in
- a personal organization already exists for your account
- team collaboration requires a team organization, not a personal one
Create a new organization
Section titled “Create a new organization”- Open Organization from the main sidebar.
- Click Create Organization or Create New from the organization switcher.
- Enter the organization name.
- Optionally add a short description.
- Click Create Organization.
After creation, the new organization becomes available in the switcher.
Switch organizations
Section titled “Switch organizations”- Open Organization.
- Click the Switch dropdown near the page title.
- Select the workspace you want to open.
AnalytAI immediately reloads the organization context. Your projects, dashboards, and reports update to match the selected workspace.
When to create a team organization
Section titled “When to create a team organization”Create a team organization when:
- you want to invite teammates
- you need shared access to projects and dashboards
- you want a separate workspace for a client, department, or business unit
