Missing Data or Empty Results

Use this page when AnalytAI loads successfully but the result is empty, missing, or incomplete.

Check organization scope first

Many empty states are caused by working in the wrong organization.

Check which organization is selected.
Switch organizations if needed.
Re-open the page after switching.

This matters for Projects, Dashboards, Reports, and organization-level settings.

If chat results look incomplete

confirm the project has enough schema and business context
review Project Setup and Project Onboarding
check whether relationships or memories need to be updated before asking the same question again

If dashboards are empty

No dashboards yet means no dashboard has been created in the current organization
an individual dashboard can also be empty until components are added from chat
if a chart or table is missing, confirm it was actually saved with Add to Dashboard

If reports are empty

No reports yet means no scheduled workflow exists in the current organization
No report available on a workflow usually means the workflow has not completed a successful run yet
No executions yet means the workflow exists but has not started running on its schedule

If project tabs show limited data

onboarding pages may stay empty until a run is started
file and Tally sync tabs only show connector-specific details when the project type supports them
catalog and relationship views can look incomplete if the underlying data source is not connected or synced correctly

When a blank state is expected

Not every empty page is an error. Some are first-run states that simply mean:

the organization has no dashboards yet
no reports have been created
a new device has not been added to the VPN mesh
a project has not been onboarded yet
