Billing and Credit Questions
Use this page when your balance looks wrong, checkout does not complete, or you are unsure where credits are being used.
If your credit balance looks wrong
Section titled “If your credit balance looks wrong”- Open Billing.
- Review the Current Plan card.
- Compare the remaining balance with the plan allotment.
- Open View Usage Logs to inspect recent credit consumption.
The current app describes credit usage as tied to AI Chat messages.
If you cannot add credits or upgrade
Section titled “If you cannot add credits or upgrade”- confirm the page loaded the available plans successfully
- if checkout does not open, check your connection because the UI can show Failed to load payment gateway
- retry the action after reloading the page
- if the plan is free, the current UI does not show Add Credits
If a subscription is being cancelled
Section titled “If a subscription is being cancelled”The Billing page can show that a subscription is set to cancel at the end of the billing period. In that case, access remains until the current period ends.
If usage analytics is empty
Section titled “If usage analytics is empty”- No analytics data available means the app does not have recent usage data to chart yet
- No usage logs found means there are no matching log entries to show in the table yet
An empty analytics page is often expected for a new account or a period with little recent AI Chat activity.
