Add Credits

Use Add Credits when your current plan supports extra credit purchases and you want more AI Chat capacity without changing plans.

Before you start

Section titled “Before you start”
  • open Billing
  • make sure the Add Credits button is visible on your current plan card
  • know the number of credits you want to buy

Purchase extra credits

Section titled “Purchase extra credits”
  1. Open Billing.
  2. In the Current Plan card, click Add Credits.
  3. Enter the number of credits you want.
  4. Click Purchase via Razorpay.
  5. Complete the payment flow in Razorpay.

The current UI requires a minimum purchase of 10 credits.

What happens after payment

Section titled “What happens after payment”
  • AnalytAI verifies the payment
  • your credit balance refreshes on the Billing page
  • you can return to AI Chat and continue using the new balance
