Report and Workflow Issues

Use this page when a report does not appear, a workflow stays empty, or an execution page fails to load.

  1. Confirm the correct organization is selected.
  2. Open Reports.
  3. Check whether the workflow exists in the current organization.
  4. If it does not, return to Chat and confirm the workflow was actually created.

The current UI can show Failed to load reports and Try again when the organization is missing, the request fails, or the network is unavailable.

Start by:

  • checking your network connection
  • reloading the page
  • confirming an organization is selected
  • using Try again
  • No report available means the workflow has not produced a successful report yet
  • No executions yet means the workflow has not run on its schedule yet
  • a workflow can exist and still be Inactive, which prevents future scheduled runs

If a specific execution report fails to load

The execution page can show Failed to load report or Report not found.

  1. Go back to the workflow.
  2. Open History.
  3. Try the execution again from the list.
  4. If the same run still fails, wait for the next successful execution and compare the result.

If your browser supports notifications, confirm notifications are enabled from the Reports page. If the browser has blocked notifications, the app shows a blocked state and you need to allow notifications in browser settings first.
