Quick Start
Get up and running with AnalytAI in just 5 minutes.
Step 1: Sign Up
Section titled “Step 1: Sign Up”- Go to AnalytAI app
- Click “Sign Up”
- Enter your email and password
- Verify your email
- Access your workspace (a personal organization is created automatically)
Step 2: Create a Project
Section titled “Step 2: Create a Project”- Click “New Project”
- Enter a project name (e.g., “Sales Analysis”)
- Click “Create”
Step 3: Connect Your Data
Section titled “Step 3: Connect Your Data”- Click “Add Data Source”
- Select your data source type:
- SQL Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Supabase
- Business Apps: Tally
- File Uploads: CSV, Excel, JSON
- Enter your connection details
- Click “Test Connection”
- Click “Connect”
AnalytAI discovers your schema automatically. This usually takes a few moments.
Step 4: Ask Your First Question
Section titled “Step 4: Ask Your First Question”- Click on the “Chat” tab
- Type a question about your data:
- “Show me sales by region”
- “What are my top 5 products?”
- “Compare this month to last month”
- Press Enter
AnalytAI will:
- Generate a SQL query
- Execute it on your database
- Create a visualization
- Provide insights
Step 5: Build a Dashboard
Section titled “Step 5: Build a Dashboard”- Ask a question in Chat that returns a chart or table
- On the result, click “Add to Dashboard”
- Review the component title
- Select one or more dashboards, or create an empty dashboard first from “Dashboards” > “Create Dashboard”
- Open “Dashboards” from the main sidebar
- Rearrange and resize the saved components on desktop
- Click “Save Layout”
You’re Ready!
Section titled “You’re Ready!”You’ve just:
- Connected your database
- Asked your first AI question
- Created a dashboard

Section titled “Next: Explore More”- Ask more complex questions
- Create additional dashboards
- Invite team members
- Set up automated reports
- Review Manage Projects Overview to understand the project tabs
- Open Project Onboarding when you want a stronger catalog
- Use File Sync or Tally Sync when your project depends on those connectors
- Use Create and Organize Dashboards to build a shared dashboard
- Use Reports Overview when you want recurring workflow-driven reports
