Members and Roles

Use the Users tab in Organization when you need to invite teammates, review membership status, or update roles for existing members.

  • the current UI allows only owners to manage members
  • personal organizations stay single-user and do not allow invitations
  • the invite form currently offers Member and Admin
  • Owner appears as a role in the member list, but it is not an option in the invite form or role-edit dialog
  1. Open Organization.
  2. Switch to the team organization you want to manage.
  3. Open the Users tab.
  4. Enter the person’s email address.
  5. Choose Member or Admin.
  6. Click Add User.

If the email does not belong to an existing AnalytAI user, the invite does not proceed.

The member table shows:

  • the user’s name and email
  • their current role
  • their status such as active or pending
  • when they joined, or Pending if the invitation is not yet accepted
  1. Open the Users tab.
  2. Open the action menu for the member.
  3. Click Edit Role.
  4. Choose the new role.
  5. Click Update Role.

The current role-edit dialog supports Member and Admin.

  1. Open the Users tab.
  2. Open the action menu for the member.
  3. Click Remove Member.
  4. Confirm the removal.

The current UI does not show these actions for the owner row or for your own row.

Use My Invitations in the Organization page header when you want to review incoming invitations sent to your account.
