Organizations Overview
Every project, dashboard, report, and invitation in AnalytAI belongs to an organization. The organization you have selected controls what you can see and what you can manage.
What organizations control
Section titled “What organizations control”- which projects appear in Projects
- which chats, dashboards, and reports belong to that workspace
- who can collaborate with you
- which VPN devices and organization settings are available
Organization types
Section titled “Organization types”Personal organizations
Section titled “Personal organizations”- created automatically when you register
- intended for private, single-user work
- do not let you add teammates
Team organizations
Section titled “Team organizations”- created manually from the Organization page
- intended for shared projects and collaboration
- support invitations, members, and role-based access
What changes when you switch organizations
Section titled “What changes when you switch organizations”When you switch organizations, AnalytAI shows the projects, dashboards, reports, and member settings for that workspace only. If a project is missing, first check that the correct organization is selected.
Where to manage organizations
Section titled “Where to manage organizations”- Open Organization from the main sidebar.
- Use the top switcher to move between organizations.
- Use the tabs to manage settings, users, and VPN.
