Dashboards Overview
Use Dashboards when you want a persistent view of charts and tables that your team can revisit without reopening the original chat.
What Dashboards are for
Section titled “What Dashboards are for”- collect important charts and tables in one place
- create organization-level views for teams or stakeholders
- rearrange components into a layout that is easy to review during weekly or monthly check-ins
Important limits
Section titled “Important limits”- dashboards belong to the currently selected organization
- dashboard management is desktop-only
- dashboard components are usually created from chat results, then placed into one or more dashboards
Typical dashboard workflow
Section titled “Typical dashboard workflow”- Open Chat and ask a question that returns a chart or table.
- Save the result with Add to Dashboard.
- Open Dashboards from the main sidebar.
- Open the dashboard you want to refine.
- Rearrange or resize the saved components on desktop.
What you will see inside a dashboard
Section titled “What you will see inside a dashboard”- the dashboard name in the header
- the number of saved components
- an edit control for changing layout on desktop
- saved charts, tables, and other components arranged on a grid
