Scheduled Workflows
Use a scheduled workflow when you want AnalytAI to generate the same kind of report on a recurring schedule without starting a fresh chat each time.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- open the project whose data should drive the report
- make sure the correct organization is selected
- start from Chat, because workflow creation begins there
Create a workflow from chat
Section titled “Create a workflow from chat”- Open Chat for the project you want to monitor.
- Ask for a recurring report or scheduled summary.
- Review the workflow card that appears in the chat response.
- Click Create.
AnalytAI opens Review workflow, where you can adjust the details before saving the workflow.
What you can change in Review workflow
Section titled “What you can change in Review workflow”- Name
- Description
- Instructions
- Schedule
- Time
- Days for weekly schedules
- Month days for monthly schedules
- Send email
Save the workflow
Section titled “Save the workflow”- Review the schedule and instructions.
- Turn Send email on or off based on how you want the workflow delivered.
- Click Create.
- Open Reports to confirm the workflow now appears in the organization list.
What to do after creation
Section titled “What to do after creation”- use Reports Overview to manage the workflow
- use Workflow History to inspect recent runs
- use Exported Reports when you need a PDF copy
