Reports Overview

Open Reports when you want recurring AI-generated reporting instead of a one-time chat answer.

  • view every workflow in the selected organization
  • check whether each workflow is Active or Inactive
  • open the latest generated report
  • review past executions and their status
  • rename, activate, deactivate, or delete a workflow

Reports are created from Chat as scheduled workflows. After you create the workflow, it appears in Reports for the current organization.

  1. Open Reports from the main sidebar.
  2. Review the workflow cards for the current organization.
  3. Use New report to return to chat and create another workflow.
  4. Use the card menu to Rename, Activate, Deactivate, or Delete a workflow.
  5. Click a workflow card to open its detailed report view.

If your browser supports push notifications, the top-right control lets you turn report notifications on or off.

  • Latest shows the most recent successful report
  • History shows past workflow runs, including success, error, running, and waiting states
  • Export PDF downloads the current report as a PDF
