Connected database and analytics workflows are designed around encrypted transport and authenticated access paths. Teams should still apply their own least-privilege policies, database roles, and network controls when connecting systems.
Workspace access
Access to analytics workspaces should be limited to the right people with the right roles. Enterprise workflows may include additional controls such as SSO, audit logging, and deployment-specific security requirements depending on plan and agreement.
Shared responsibility
- AnalytAI secures the hosted product surfaces and platform workflows.
- Customers remain responsible for source-system permissions, internal governance, and who is allowed to connect or query business data.
- Teams should review connected sources, account access, and exported outputs regularly.
